HealsBox Affiliate Partnership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the affiliate partnership program (“Program”) offered by HealsBox. By joining the Program, you (“Affiliate”, or “You”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Affiliate Registration

To participate, you must register through our official affiliate platform:

Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link and/or coupon code for tracking referred sales.

2. Commission Structure

Commission Rate: 10% of the total value of referred sales

Cookie Duration: 30 days

Commissions are applied when a customer makes a purchase using your unique affiliate link or coupon code

Payouts are processed via [Insert Payment Method, e.g., PayPal] after the return period has expired

3. Trial Partnership Policy

The partnership begins with a trial phase designed to evaluate collaboration potential.

Affiliates are required to purchase the product of their choice for promotional purposes.

This policy is in place to ensure fairness, transparency, and protect against misuse.

4. Performance Evaluation

During the trial phase, earnings will be solely commission-based. After this period, HealsBox will evaluate performance (traffic, engagement, and sales) and may offer a custom compensation package, which could include:

Fixed payments

Higher commission rates

Exclusive campaigns or bonuses

5. Content Use & Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates agree to promote HealsBox products in a truthful, ethical, and brand-aligned manner.

Content (photos/videos) shared may be used by HealsBox for marketing purposes, with appropriate credit where applicable.

6. Termination

HealsBox reserves the right to terminate or suspend any partnership at its sole discretion, especially in cases of:

Misleading promotion

Inappropriate or offensive content

Violation of these terms

7. Modifications

HealsBox may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or the affiliate dashboard.
